I immediately called Vodacom Customer Care again and they undertook to have it cancelled in 72 hours. On the 25th of July 2013 I recharged my account with R24 airtime and, I immediately called Vodacom Customer Care to enquire whether the subscription service has been cancelled.- THEY CONFIRMED THAT IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND THAT NO FUTHER DEDUCTIONS ON MY AIRTIME WOULD BE MADE- I made 2 calls and had in excess of R 15 airtime left on my account LOW AND BEHOLD this morning i woke up and had 40 cents on my account! - I called Vodacom Customer Care immediately this morning and was informed that the subscription was cancelled but that my airtime was in any event deducted!??? and there is nothing they can do!
