Deducting airtime for NO REASON!!!

Good Day,

I trust all is well.

I sent through a complaint to mtn more than a week ago and no one has gotten back to me yet after explaining to them that my airtime is being deducted and that I have a blackberry so most the services are free.

I phoned the call center today and no one could help me but transfer me to the incorrect department.
The one guy told me that its my internet Thats what is taking up my airtime but the problem is that I only use bbm, whatsapp, facebook and gmail. I never had this problem before but this has been happening for the last 2-3 months. I can check my balance the next day and they have deducted airtime even though I haven't even used the phone. This is not he first time I'm complaining about them, there service is pathetic.

I get R100 airtime from them for the month that use to carry over to the next month, but now the airtime doesn't even last a week

I asked the lady at blue route mall yesterday and all she could say was dial 808, instead of telling me she will call them or check up on the system to see whats the problem.

I'm sick of this service and cant wait to change service providers.
