On 14/04/2013 logged a query with callcentre regarding data usage charges. Was charged in excess of R550 for use of approximately 500mb. At the time of logging the query the call centre agent and supervisor agreed that the bill was excessive for the amount of data. Was told it would take 24 to 48 hours before I can expect feed back. Needless to say 30 days later still no feedback. Phone again on 23/05/2014 told to wait another 24 to 48 hours. Phoned yesterday morning - told should expect call little later.
Still no call!!!
