On the 19th March I went to the 8ta store vaalmall Vanderbijlpark to do a number swop from vodacom. After many frustrations cell calls and visits to the store I am still waiting for the swop. Part of the poor service are the fact that nobody phoned me about any problems, I had from my side do the enquiry. I also logged a complaint at [Email Removed] without any response from them.
