CellC 3G Bandwith Non Existent during peak hours

I have been struggling for more than a month with CellC after my peak hour bandwidth suddenly collapsed. They can offer no explanation or assistance. I am referred from pillar to post with every manner of excuse and creative theories. The service works fine during the 12 - 6 am period but at 6am on the dot it comes to a virtual halt...! - I have triple checked and it was also confirmed by CellC's call centre that I have plenty of peak data left as well as of course the midnight surfer data.

For some reason however ir refuses to operate during peak hours and I am not even able to draw my E-mails.
Clearly the fact that it works during midnight hours means that I am being shaped to pieces during peak hour which is not part of the prepaid data contract I have with them. I paid thousands for two 200 Giga contracts and now CellC is not living up to their end of the bargain.

I was warned about the CellC network's sustainability by friends but I did not listen - Don't make the same mistake I did!! Stay away! I am now at a point where I will have to use my midnight data and write off the peak data, almost 70GB!!!
