I was sold a 20 giga data plan and after activating i was told that it is an peak/off peak package. I then requested the phone call as the agent that sold the deal to me did not mention this. After a month i got contacted and told that the call was listened to and it was not mentioned about peak or off peak. He then told me it was my duty at the end of the call to have asked these questions. I received a call from cell c at the end of august telling me i will be receiving the 20 gigs and i confirmed with the agent asking peak/off peak and she said its 20 gigs straight. its almost two months now since i logged a call again and when i did the follow up 2 weeks after i called the agent informed me that the case is still open i asked her what in cell c's eyes is shortly. I am really disappointed i have been supporting cell c for many years now and this is the thanks a person gets for being a loyal customer. NOT ON!!!
