My data service with CellC has for 2 months degraded to "severe frustration". I have had a CellC data connection for more than 2 years and during September became plagued with "cannot find network" and dropped HSUPA/WDCMA connection (or degradation to EDGE). At peak times I give up and walk away as it takes 1-2 hours to read a couple of emails. After 3 weeks a tech. fixed the EDGE problem by barring it. So then I got nothing. I have written in excess of 14 complaints but all I get is stupid apologies and no fix. CellC do not respect customers. CellC!!! I want a FIX. I pay for a "non"-service.. Seriously dissatisfied - (soon to be ex) customer.
