I bought the 20GB data plan which is 5GB peak and 15GB off-peak monthly as well as the 2GB data permonth. I use data monitoring software which shows me exactly how much data each user uses and when it is used. This weekend I received a recharge message during peak and off-peak period. According to my monitoring software I have not used the full 5GB peak or the 15GB off-peak allocation neither have I used the full 2GB data but I am unable to connect. at all times from any sim.
