CellC Somersetmall unprofessional service galore!

I have obtained a CellC contract from Somerset Mall Cell C for a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. Yesterday they contacted me to to come and collect the phone. At that stage I was in Lambertsbay on the West Coast for business and was not able to collect the phone and I told them I will be there on the latest on Monday morning.
I manage to arrange for transport to Somerset west Mall. When I arrived there on Saturday morning (TODAY) They informed me that the Phone is not available because they GAVE it to SOMEBODY else! They did not have another phone for me and told me they were not sure but I can come again on Monday to see if there is MAYBE one available!!! When I asked them what the Area managers tlelphone number is to lodge an Complaint, they REFUSE to give it to me.???
i am leaving the country on Wednesday again and I need to obtain that phone before then because nobody can sign for the phone accept ME!!
The way I am feeling now is to cancel my contract with Cell C because the service at Somersetmall cell C is UP TO!! To say the least!
