My contract comes to an end today, 26 September, and as such I phoned Virgin more than a month ago to cancel my contract. It was confirmed that the account would be cancelled by 26 September and be moved to prepaid by 27 September.
Today I phone to find out if the account has in fact been cancelled and this fact was confirmed. I ask if the number would be moved to prepaid by 27 September and the response I get is "Yes it could, but at the latest by the 1st or 2nd of the next month".
I don't want the number to be moved by the 1st or 2nd of the next month, it needs to be moved on the date that was specified, the 27th of September. I have to port my number and I can't wait until the start of the next month.
Please can this be done and confirmed with me.
