Worst service ever received

On the 2nd of March 2013 I gave my phone in for repairs, Vodacom did not notify my that my phone was booked, they did not notify me about the progress of my phone and they did not notify me that my phone was done and ready for collection. On the 3rd of April 2013 I phoned Vodacom to here about my phone and they said that my phone was already done and ready for collection on the 15th of March 2013. So if I did not phone I would still be waiting now. It is the worst service I have ever received! And as soon as possible I will switch from Vodacom to another network.
