Good Day,
I want to file a complaint. On 6 June 2013 I took my Black Berry 9360 which is still under waranty in for repairs as the phone no longer want to charge. 11 June I got a call that Vodacom quote R485 to repair the phone. I agree that they can continue with repairs. 20 June someone from the store phoned me 3 times to inform me that the phone is back and ready for collection. 25 June I went to the store to collect the phone and the assistant told me that the phone is not back yet as vodacom is waiting on parts to fix the phone. Since then I did not hear anything from them. They did not even apologise for me coming to the store for nothing, after they phone me 3 times to inform me that the phone is ready for collection.
