Bad repairs phone still not working

Phone handed in because it reboots non stop when activating the Bluetooth.
Handed in on 8 April, Job Nr 8756623. 2hours later it was ready for collection and Vodacom confirmed it only needed a software update (I have lost all my data on the phone). Few weeks later when I activated the Bluetooth for the first time since the phone was received back from repairs, the same happened.
It was handed in on 22 June, Job nr 8965161. Weeks later I had to call to find out if the phone was ready as I have not received any notification and was told it was ready a long time ago. Today I went to collect it and YET AGAIN, when you switch on the Bluetooth, the phone keeps on rebooting and you cannot switch it off! Upon collecting the phone today, I asked the consultant if he is sure it is working and he said it was.
Now I have to go in for a 3rd time after standing in the queue my whole lunch hour? I mean really, can you not do proper repairs on phones, or what is the story? How is Vodacom going to compensate me for all the inconvenience they have caused??! I am fed up with this bad service!!!
