No voucher after 48hrs

I purchased a Unipin voucher on 1/4/13 at 9.15 and tried to activate my voucher and kept on getting a the error" service not available at this time, please try again later", i then tried again later at 10.25, and got that "this is a duplicate request, please don't send request again", i the looked for a number to call and found 0861499499 that is an invalid number, i sent a SMS and email to unipin as located on the voucher with my concern at 10.39 on 1/4/13. i tried last night again and got "error100 - transaction time out. this is truly shocking and i don't know how to go about getting my voucher and still NO FEEDBACK AT ALL ON MY SMS OR EMAIL. this is the most shocking and disturbing service that i have ever seen in my life.
