Mandate given for eviction not actioned

End Oct 2012 i contacted Lou Coetzer (attorney) for assistance in obtaining a court order to evict a non-paying tenant from my Melkbos property. He indicated that this would not be a problem and requested:
1) the file from the previous attorney dealing with the case
2) all other correspondence relating
By 7 Nov I mailed the info to him. He acknowledged receipt. From there I was unable to speak to him (I live in PTA) I phone him daily (cell and land), e-mail, leave messages. Able to speak to him in Dec made an appointment for a date in Dec, he did not show up. Managed to speak to him in Feb again where he requested R5000 to be paid over (which I did), from there again no contact.
I have also reported him to Cape Law Society. Tenant still in house (now owe approx R70, 000). I am unable to have tenant evicted without a lawyer. Contacted 3rd lawyer who requested R5000 and the file so as to not start the process over. I am confirmed that Coetzer did nothing, but accept my deposit. I have requested that my account be closed, mandate be withdrawn and file handed over to me - no reply.
