Whats WRONG WITH MTN

On the 18 of JAN I phoned MTN Customer Care to get access to the Unrestricted APN for VPN. Once confirming the Cell number for which I need VPN access. I was put through to a person, this person gave me the APN: MTNAPN and told me that it would take 24 hours to get activated on Monday I tried with the above mentioned APN setting nothing. Phoned them again on Monday same story this time another person told me that nothing has been activated or even requested. Requested again once being verified etc. Again was told it would take 24 hours. On Tuesday again tried the APN setting still nothing. Phoned again at 16:15. This time being sent back and forth from one department to a next. (Keep in mind that this is a data SIM so I am phoning from my Vodacom phone) I eventually get to a person which then tells me Sorry sir but the APN is in fact MTNVPN and not MTNAPN, but they would put me through to the right department. Now its 16:58 holding on the line when I eventually get sent back to the previous person only to be told that they CLOSE AT 17:00 this being 16:58! This is extremely bad service from MTN! Could someone PLEASE contact me and sort this out!!!
