Firstly your operator - Lebo cut me off!!!
Secondly - in ref to my Credit card Acc - I was trying to access the account online - upon which it did not accept my login (unknowlingly it was de-activated without me being informed)!! ie although the bank account is valid... You remove my viewing access due to low internet usage/access (which I think is annapropriate, especially if not informed of such) - & further, you force me to waste my time resubmitting applications or having to visit a branch to merely get the account re-activated!!!
Thirdly - as I was forced to now telephonically talk to an operator because your online options are invalid for a 'de-activated account' I will further be charged (which I will fight) because of the lack of information proviided me to maintain a min viewing usage of my account - thereupon when I challenged your service consultant - she CUT ME OFF!!! [YOUR RECENT ADVERTISING SUCCESSES HAVE MADE FNB ARROGANT AGAIN - WHICH WILL COME BACK TO BITE!!! ] ...hence this report!
