My new contract became active on the 01/04. When I upgraded I requested a call limit to be place on my contract. I receive 100 free anytime minutes and 100 free sms with my contract. Last mnth my phone was suspended as I reached my call limit. How I could have reached my call limit is a mystery to me as I still had more than 100 free minutes available and sms"s. This was a great inconvenience to me. Upon contacting the call centre no one could explain what I was being billed for. The same thing happened now again. I received a sms today saying that i have reached 80% of my call limit. Once again this is a mystery to me as I currently have 2 hours and 39 minutes plus 136 sms available to me, including 198.67 Mb. I do not entre competitions via sms and I do not download items of go onto You Tube or any such network. I contacted the call centre last week as I needed clarity for last mnths billing. I left my details twice as they were experiencing high call volumes. I am still waiting for my call. On Tuesday I called the offices in Claremont, someone would be calling me back, still waiting, yesterday I called again and still no reply. Number in question: 0834348855
