I have a Blackberry Z10. In the terms and conditions it clearly states that BBM is unlimited n free regardless of whether I have data or airtime. My line was an open line. I put a limit on it, when I put a limit on my phone no one had notified me that this would cause my lines to be hotlined when I reached my limit thus making me get a bad name. Now when I want to uplift the limit to avoid that it seems impossible. The call Centre staff is simply useless, I suggest u train them on the products. This month I reached my limit early in the mth, bbm still worked until 1 day when it just stopped. I called the call Centre and spoke to dineo who was the most unhelpful person ever. She says I needed airtime, she refused to listen. She made me hold for more than 4 minutes for a manager only to come back herself and give me the same story. I then spoke to gift who actually did try to assist n was helpful but I am still waiting for the limit to be uplifted. Not once have I ever had even satisfactory service from cell c. Would never recommend u to anyone!
