Sent phone for repairs, got a run around. They told they can't pick up the phone (it's not registered) felt like I was accused of a phone. They said they can only assist if I go to where the phone was purchased and get a prove of purchase"this is a contract phone by the way". Had to do just that and the next thing, they informed me the phone is taken for advance repairs, after 5days I was informed the phone is ready for collection. When collecting the phone they informed me the phone can't repaired it had liquid damage. Asked for evidence it couldn't be provided at that time. Had to take it where I purchased the phone they took me back where I was for repairs to the manager (field service consultant Cherry came along) the manager provided a picture questioned why now there's evidence. Asked question if the phone was that badly damaged and they knew from their side why wasn't I informed and why was it taken to advance repaired if they knew it was liquid damage and they don't cover repairs. Thought of something of they trying to ensure they don't want to cover for the cost, the phone raise many questions as it wasn't even registered, selling? Manager offered to repair @ a cost
