We had a sales rep Kevin Govender come through to see us. He had told us we will spend no more then R500 a month having looked at our Telkom Bill. With in two weeks we had finished the R500 and asked them what was going on. We spoke to a Hoosein who was going to load airtime for us that will take 5 minutes, this took over 2 hours. We had also spoken to Hoosein about the fact that our lines where dropping, we run a business and could not make a decent BUSINESS call. It was so unprofessional on our side that the line kept dropping. We have spoken to at least 10 or so people at the company in connection with numerous issues we have had. This contract was signed on the 25th Jan and have issues ever since. The service is ridiculous and this company should be closed down for the pathetic service!
