I have reported a faulty telkom internet line on the 5/04/2013. To date my service has been not existent with claims that a technician was to have contacted me. but still no one has/ I have been far too patient on this matter and need my problem addressed asap. i would like to cancel my line should my services not be in workng order byt the end of today.
I would like to be reimbursed fully for service not rendered.
