Vodacom - bad reception in Pta

It surprises me in the Vodacom advert that Errol's wife can get hold of him in a deserted spot, but I don't even have reception in urban Lynnwood Glen (Kapok Street), Pretoria which is four blocks from Menlyn Shopping Centre. Seriously Vodacom, isn't it false advertising?
