Bad reception

Hi Peter, I have just had enough of the bad reception I am receiving from Vodacom. I have complained about this before, even had a call from them but this issue seems not to get resolved and Vodacom is playing games. I'm in the medical field and this morning the hospital needed to get hold of me urgently. Low and behold my phoned said " no service" when they got hold of me on my husbands phone who is with MTN. We both have iPhone's. as I said this is not my first complaint but today someone nearly died because the hospital couldn't get hold of me.
On the 20th November 2012 and on the 27th of January 2013 I got SMS from a Shad Scheffer claiming they are working on the problem. But asking around in my neighborhood my neighbors also struggling with reception gets other excuses. Other promises of a signal test at my house, or a signal booster also did not materialize. I am putting this all here so that if a patient wants to take me to court because I was not available, I will drag Vodacom in it as well.
