Bad Reception and service Vodacom

I have been having a ongoing battle with Vodacom regarding bad reception, I live in Strand (130 Altena Street) and cannot use my Vodacom 3G and 4G dongles that me and wife has. I feel that it is unfair for me to pay for something that I cant use. My wife even got the new 4G dongle cause we thaought that it would work better than the older one. The new one (sometimes gets reception) but after three minutes it bombs out and I cant do my work properly. Can you please be of assistence? We have plus minus 4 contracts with Vodacom between me and my wife, and we feel that we want to end our relationship with Vodacom.
