I have had my cellphone for 2years and paying it every month I went to a Vodacom shop and I was told I missed a payment in December month 2012 I cannot upgrade to a bigger contract I need to pay them every month for 6 months then re apply I went into my statements and seen that i did pay and sent Vodacom proof that my account was paid up to date and never missed any but according to their Accounts department I did not pay and I have sent proof but still if I go into the shop for an upgrade it still shows as a bad payer. I did an ITC report on my name and it was cleared without any bad payments and a good credit score.
