I want to b sarcastic in saying that Telkom Customer Service doesn't exist, not in my history with them in business or private. When I started my call I was already highly irritated as when I phoned yesterday, the lady put the phone down in my ear. Had my phone cut cos I paid a month late. I withheld 1 mnth payment cos of horrific internet connection over past few mnths (yrs) & had intended on phoning them to sort out these issues (life happens though) which I did not feel I had to pay for (I did pay the 28th but with all the public hols, they only received it 2 Apr). So I get Mogele, who quietly listened to me rant. He told me bout service interruption credit which shud be on my bill (people, look out for these, I didn't know it existed). He sent me proof. He gave me ref nr for my issue to b resolved within 72 hrs. I've a very serious assignment due on Monday & told him that I cud not b without internet. He then promptly chatted to his supervisor & I am happy to say that within 30 mins my line will b reconnected. TELKOM, u need more people like Mogele. Please take care of them. They might just save ur business in the end. Mogele, please never ever change. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
