Don't Deal with Altech AutoPage

I upgraded my daugthers contracts with altech autopage 2 phone. The upgrade happened in start of december. So dec bill R959, Jan bill R722, Feb bill R632 and Mar bill on reflecting the new upgrade topup account value of R300.70. So because they were slack I paid an extra R1413 over 3 months. Phone them and according to them 3 months is a acceptable time to wait for a port and contract change.

More - 1 BB touch screen phone won't change from portait to landscape - waiting for 2 weeks.

My april bill is now R487.99 instead of R300 - upgrade fee after I waited for 3 month for it to go to the topup amount of R300.
