No ADSL Line for our business since March 2013

In March 2013 Telkom did a cable change over in our area - after being offline for 4 weeks and then going back on line our problems have been constant. I have been begging and pleading Telkom to please investigate the cause of our ADSL line dropping and being intermittent but all they keep doing in reconfiguring the ports which works for a day or two and then we are off line again.

Our business has suffered terribly because of this and the call centre staff are not the greatest - they don't listen to the customer.

I am desperate for a technician to please come and test the lines and see what the problem is but very very urgently - they promise a 48 hour turn around time for business! - what a load of nonsence.
