Passing the buck might be and understatement

Our company has used Neotel for a couple of years now and the issues have ranged from connectivity, to speed (email and Internet) and lately it is problems with our main (switchboard) number.

When our number is phoned, it seems to be ringing on the other side but actually does not ring on the switchboard. I have been pushed from pillar to post, with all 3 (Yes, outsourcing to 3 other companies) blaming each other for the fault. All I want is someone to come out and have a look at the issue! I feel so helpless as the "support desk" expects me to understand ALL their technical jargon, and to go behind tables and pull wires in and out.

Bottom line - unless you are a qualified Technician, who loves fixing a system thats it hardly ever up, then DONT GET NEOTEL lines and numbers!
