Neotel pays nothing but lipservice to Hello Pete

Several complaints in writing and telephonically, several reference numbers and a "we are looking into it" reply from my first Hello Peter complaint. This has been going on for more than 2 years!! I am being charged for 2 lines, one of which was cancelled literally years ago, and there's another number under my name, and how it got there is beyond me. After begging and pleading I'm eventually told I need to go to the police station to have an affidavit signed before they are willing to assist!!! There might be at Neotel so it's now my job to sort that out!!! I am now going to the consumer council to exercise my rights. Should be fun for Neotel to explain
