Re, No Feed Back On My Claim

Hi,

Recently, I lost my cellphone and claimed it from insurance but they rejected my claim, stating that the sim had been removed from my phone. I motivated that, when I i signed-up for insurance via their agent who called me, she did not disclose that a sim cannot be changed, also, my number had been suspended for missing a payment so I couldn't use the number in question. Since then, there has been no response.

I can't be paying for something that isn't there anymore and would much rather make a donation to charity, not a huge corporate like Vodacom.

I have called numerous time to query this, but I'm just put on hold for over 15minutes on end, which in itself is ridiculous. Who wants to wait for that long, then not get assistant after that? Any company that values it costumers does not do that.
