The "Dear Valued Customer" report that was forwarded to me by MTN is NOT good enough. What they don't seem to realise is that I have already populated how many lists and I have called them on all numbers to no avail - I know now that there is apparently a problem in our area and the response that was forwarded to Hello Peter was only a way to win time and to try and pacify me. The fact that there are not enough technicians available to fix the problem and their back logs is not my problem. I was now told that they will come and install an antenna free of charge to help with the problem, but can you believe it - they don't have stock. I don't pay a discounted price because they don't have enough technicians / have tower problems / don't have stock / are experiencing a back log. No more "dear Valued Customer - please read this rubbish and forever don't get a concrete answer" nonsense. They have all my details, they only want to postpone the problem, I will not complete any more forms. Please fix the problem, that is all I ask. This is ridiculous!!
