No network coverage on the no:0766516109 sim card

I use a modem to connect to the Internet at home. It is more than two yrs now that the reception is not good and every time i report to vodacom they tel me they fail to identify my residential adress as it does not show on the map, then the request is closed and i need to re-explain and they escalate it again. I am not convince that for more than two yrs they are stil not coming OK with the problem. Then they ask me how many have the same problem in the area where i leave (i am tired as lot of questions, suggestion, advices, escalate, suggest a booster, technicians busy with the matter, etc, are given) but the problem (N.B network coverage and the area not on the map remain with no solution) not solved til today. Mtn install an external antenna at their own cost after realising poor network coverage and the network problem was sorted out long time ago but with vodacom is a headache. Please talk a little and do more (action speaks louder than words).
