This complaint is on behalf of my grand mother Paulina Nhlapo. On the 25th of January she was contacted by one of your callcenter agents selling her a TOP-UP Contract of R135.00 per for her number 0825403581, she never received any handsent with this contract. She has not missed any debit order of this account and the on the 15th of February she called 0861236666, 0821958 and 0821905 to cancel the contract as she wasnt happy with the service and she was being charged for things she never knew about. The terms and conditions of this contract was not explained to her cause she was told that she needs to pay R3000.00 as a cancellation fee for this top up parkage. She is a pansioner and were is she supposed to get this money from and what is she paying R3000.00 for because she didnt even get a handset. Please respond to this matter urgently cause she is currently unwell because of this matter it has affected her health. She fears that her house and furniture will be taken. Make it a matter of ugency that your company doesnt exploit the elderly, this is truelly disgusting. Her line is currently HL to reason unknown. Deal with this matter proffetionally please.
