Months later and same old problem

I lodged a complaint on the 7th of February this year with the following details:

"I placed a complaint about MTN's inability to supply data coverage between peak hour last year. This is caused by congestion on their network during these times. This in affect means that you can't even try to use your connection until "rush hour (s)" have passed. I have contacted their coverage help desk on several occasions and you always get the same generic response. "There is a problem on the tower." "Technicians are attending to the problem." This is all appropriate responses but the fact is they never change. I have had this issue now for months and nobody seems to be able to tell me when this will be resolved."

This problem still persists 90% of the time. I live in a densely populated area and I know this is congestion issue. If you have so many customers in this area, why are you not making an effort to service us?

I know of several home owners in the estate using MTN that have exactly the same problem as I do.

Please help or lose us as customers forever.
