I've been a customer of autopage for over 6 years with a fully paid account every month, until recently i started getting sms's and calls that my account is in arrears because i haven't been paying when i know I've been paying. Recently i got a call that i owe autopage R3260.88 which came as a shock and upon requesting for my invoice. it clearly states that im on FAMILY TOP UP 200 - then how the am i now being billed R438.60!
i called autopage, spoke to Stembiso Qwabe who says from the 1st July Ive been on top up 500, but notices I'm still getting R200 telephony, further gave me a reference number (A131127448), and assured i would get a call in three days, the next day i get a threatening sms that my line will be locked!! i call Tumi Mapogo (28/11/13 11:50) whom assured me he will get the supervisor to not lock my line until my matter gets resolved! the evening i get home and my line is locked?? I CALL THIS MORNING I'M NOW TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT A FURTHER 2HRS BEFORE IT GETS UNLOCKED AS IF I'M NOT ALREADY GREATLY INCONVENIENCED! AUTOPAGE BILLS ME INCORRECTLY BECAUSE OF THEIR MESSED UP SYSTEM AND FURTHER LOCKS MY LINE? THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NOT WAIT 2HRS!!!
