4 weeks and still cannot use my phone

I bought a blackberry z10 like 3 or 4 weeks ago, the first week nothing worked, went back there did a sim swap, then 3 days later again nothing is working, phone them they said they will find out and let me know what is happening, this month i received my bill but i never could use the phone once. i left the head office a message and i am still waiting for anyone to let me know what is going on.
