It's me again with an unpleasant service from Autopage Cellular. I usually receive airtime, SMSs and data bundles every 17th of the month from Autopage but for some odd reason I did not get any data bundles this month.

I went to Midrand Autopage Branch (18/11/2013, just before 09:30) and I was told that my issue will be resolved within 2 to 24 hours and without being told a reason. Last night, about 19:00 I called Autopage (0861232424) to ask for a progress, unfortunately I could not be assisted instead I was told to wait up until today. Indeed, I waited up until today but up until now I have not received my data bundles and yet I am paying for this service every month.

I just called Autopage again and I am told to wait for another 24 hours again, what do you call such a service!!! I am unable to access my emails, I missed 2 Gautain because I can't access Internet.

Each year, I always experience issues with Autopage service and trust me I can't wait for my contract to terminate..

Is this a type of service you deliver to your customers???
