I have upgraded my 2 cellphones in December 2011. The contracts of both phones expired 29 Feb 2012. The accounts staff decided to renew my contract only in April 2012. I forfeited all discounts for these two months. Both new contracts made provision for 120 free SMS's. I am charged for all SMS's send since my new contract started. Numerous calls to their service desk and to Mr Muller of the Bloemfontein Regional Office resulted in a attitude of "the customer comes second". Two refs were issued: 2070901551 09/07/12 and 2072300449 23/07/2012. I'm sure all Mr Craig Alan Knott's good work are being nullify by the accounting staff.
