No solution to a useless service

I have been referred to you from fastnet. I was told to contact 081 180 press 3 then 4 then 3. I did that. I was then referred to 081 187. Guess what? Now I need a code before I can talk to anyone. For heaven sake the system has not bee working since installation in November 2012. I have received no codes or assistance to have the system up and running. Stop passing the buck and get someone to sort out the Wi-Fi system!
