Brocsand bought a PABX system from 027telecoms November 2012 for R40 000!! This system was supposed to enable Brocsand to communicate free of charge (VOIP) between branches- that was the main selling point for us. We paid 50% deposit and the balance was due on completion of installation. Mid December I received a phone call from 027telecoms requesting us to please pay the balance before completion as they needed the funds for X-mas bonuses!!! I should have known... BUT I felt sorry for them and convinced my partner to pay the balance before the system was up and running. A 30% saving on our Telkom bill was proposed... no savings to date as we do not have VOIP communications yet. Aug 2013 - SYSTEM STILL NOT WORKING (8 months later)... the amount of excuses, promises and blatant is actually incredible!!! I have now sued 027telecoms as I want my money back and they can have their unfinished PABX system back. Anyone else have problems with 027? Please do post on Hello Peter as I checked Hello Peter before I commissioned 027 for the system and found no reports...
