Again, how is it possible to offer a service or a product that isn't on the system??

Well it seems for Telkom mobile it's possible, I applied for the 3gig 24 month promotion last week friday in Rosebank and it seems there is still a problem with this pro I as its nowhere on the Telkom Mobile system! This is something that is apparently being corrected, or so I've been told multiple times while waiting for my application to go through.

How does Telkom mobile get this right? Of you know you are offering a promotion then it should be on the system before you start advertising that it's "now available "... So now after I've been taken from pillar to post to get my application sorted. I'm thinking of going to the competitors.
