I am getting highly annoyed at the service I have received from this service provider, I will definitely never ever consider taking out any contracts with this company no matter how good they might market their product/services.

I requested cancellation of my contract telephonically on the 2nd July, I was advised the contract would be cancelled and since seeing that my account was in credit until such time that it would have come to an end I was under the impression that 8TA actuaully did their job and processed the cancellation until the 5th November when I received a call from NUDEBT advising me? needed to make a payment within 96 HRS. I contacted the call centre on the 5th November requesting confirmation as to what this matter is in relation to, until this very minute while on the line (after numerous calls advising me that the matter will be resolved) with Thelumusa I still cannot get feedback as to what the problem is on the account, and can you believe it the contract is STILL NOT CANCELLED, and I am still holding after being on the line with them for the past 5/10 minutes

NEVER EVER WILL I EVEN CONSIDER DEALING WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER
