If got a seriouse problem with autopage!

My S3 phone got in September. We had an insurance clame with Autopage. So I put the claim through. It took them nearly 2 months just to let us know if they are going to approve the claim ot not. They let us know they going to replace the phone with a beter model, which was great! Then I waited 3 weeks for them just to send me the phone. Finally when I thought this was all over, the phone started giving me problems after only 3 days! I sent the phone back after having the phone for 5 days. They told me I will wait about 3-15 working days. Because they first have to send the phone to head office to see if they going to replace the phone with a new one which was unacceptable because i returned the phone before the 7day period. They have not phoned me once to let me know whats happening, we have gone into the shop to go hear whats happening every week, and everytime they just say nothing has come through yet. On day 15 we went into the shop again! For the first time the shop attendant actually got through to their head office or wherever these decisions get made and still no news. This type of service is shocking and unacceptable.
