10 weeks for a repair... seriously?

I handed in my blackberry device at my local Autopage branch in Bayside mall Cape Town over 9 weeks ago. All that needed to be fixed was the scrolly button. I was told that it would be back in maximum 6 weeks time. Almost 10 weeks later and still NO phone. When I phone Autopage and ask, no one can tell me when my phone will be back... and when the local branch tries to contact the head office they don't even get a reply. How can there be no communication with your branches and your customers? I am a long standing customer, I always pay my contract and now I am paying for months of a service which i cannot use! If you are unable to repair my phone in an acceptable time, then rather replace my handset with a new one or give me a discount on my monthly bill. This service has been ridiculous and i am very dissappointed!
