Repairs on Blackberry will take 8 WEEKS!!!

My blackberry stopped charging. The track pad went up and down without being touched and I took it to Auto page to be repaired. I was informed that it will take 8 weeks. They cannot offer me a loan phone as they are only allocated 3 per store. My phone is still under warrantee. But they expect me to be without a phone for 8 weeks. In this day and age? Seriously? I find it totally unacceptable that this is the service we have to be happy with. I ended up buying another phone and gave the blackberry in for repairs. I am truely disgusted both with Autopage and Vodacom who is the service provider! Up to date I have not even received confirmation that they are working on the phone. Autopage really does not give good service and these days it feels like all Vodacom wants is your money.
