200Mb is Not Fair Use in BIS

I am frustrated with MTN.

I took out two contracts with MTN through autopage. When I took the contracts BIS was suppose to be unlimited. However, I just got an sms from MTN "TELLING" me that we would only be getting 200MB per month.

This is wrong because when the person signs the contract the contract if for 24months. During that time I think that its fair that as I client I should be bound by the contract's terms and conditions, so too with the service providers. They should provide the service that was agreed upon by both parties.

I have been a MTN customer ever since I started having a cellphone, more that 10 years now. But I am beginning to think that I should look at other service providers who offer affordable products and always keep their clients happy when they are making decisions.

I have three lines with MTN two off-which are Blackberry phones. The 200MB which is said to be FAIR USE isn't really fair. I have had to load additional bundles on both those phones. I have a modem and I do most of my web browsing on my computer, so on the phones I use just the social networks.

I feel that I have no other option but to port my numbers to other service providers.
