I called your helpline on 23/03/13 to try get help with an issue I'm having. The consultant was helpful & seemed like he would work magic. I rated the call well only to have him fail to contact me with a reference number.
Told I'd be contacted in 72 hours - my report was submitted to the tech division. I ignored the weekend and assumed the 27th. Nothing.
Called 28th & told that there was a request & he'd mark it urgent.
Still waiting, I called again 03/04/13. Told I'd maybe get a call this week as request was only sent the 28th. After I followed up?
I ported to you because you had a device brand I wanted. All seemed well when I joined, & I was impressed. Now this? It's a popular trend in SA to have to follow up on anything you need.
Your consultants are clearly not interested in helping to give a good image. But don't worry, this is SA, poor service is a given.
Maybe you can tackle this nonsense. Equip everyone with the same information - I'm also tired of consultants all having their own idea of how you must go about something. Streamline your processes, get this thing working & prove me wrong - Be an SA first.
I don't enjoy pushing your staff to do their jobs.
