Faulty Dishwasher - No Show 3 times

Electronics and household app.

On the 26 March 2013 I contacted the Game Customer helpline whereby they took down my details to have a called logged with Samsung directly. Where I received a reference number 4132180714. The fault was reported to game and then to Samsung call center as an F5. The technician then called on the 27th to make arrangements to have the machine picked up and taken to the Samsung workshop to have this repaired. I then received a cancellation of service request on my reference number stating as requested, I contact the call center on 0860 726 786 to advise I did not cancel the request, Brian called me to say he will come and fetch the machine on the 28th at 15:00, he didn't show up, I called him at 15:35 to find out where he is and said he needs another hour. I then said its unacceptable as I'm leaving and will only be back after 21:00 that evening, he then asked to move the pickup date to the 2nd at 15:00 again, once again no show. I called him and he was in a very loud place. He then promised to come on the 3rd at 15:30 - 16:00. I called him at 11:00 on the 3rd to just confirm that he is still coming and said he will see me latest 16:00. Once again no show...
